(40% Syrah, 20% Malbec, and 20% Cabernet Franc, with smaller proportions of cabernet sauvignon, petit verdot and tannat). Picked in two parcels on 13/4/09 and 27/04/09.
A lifted bouquet of dark fruits and cracked pepper with some lingering chocolate and leather. On the palate there is abundant vibrant dark plum with bright cherry notes, with earthy tones and soft tannins on the finish. 13.5% alc w/v.

(Chardonnay 86%, Pinot Gris 7%, Arneis 4%, Viognier 3%, Semillon 1%). This stylish 2007 vintage was hand-picked, tank fermented and made entirely with estate-grown fruit. It has a fragrant, complex bouquet with fresh, intense, peachy flavours. A great wine for drinking now or onwards. 13.0% alc w/v.

(Syrah 94%, Grenache 4%, Viognier 2%). This wine has a deep purple colour. The bouquet initially suggests gingernut and savoury spice and develops white pepper characteristics. The palate weight is fuller than the 2003 vintage, and again shows bitter cherry and dark omega plums flavours. 13.5% alc w/v.

(Chardonnay 76%, Semillon 17%, Arneis 5%, Viognier 2%). This barrel fermented and aged wine has excellent palate weight and texture, ripe fresh stonefruit and tropical flavours and a long clean finish. Both the 2004 and 2005 vintages of this wine were described by Michael Cooper as "one of the best Auckland white wines for a long time…". 13% alc w/v. |

(100% Sauvignon Blanc). Selected from several quality Marlborough vineyards, this is an excellent wine from a highly regarded vintage. This is a stylish wine, fruity, intense and well-structured. It has vibrant tropical fruit flavours and a long minerally dry finish. 13.0% alc w/v. |

(40% merlot, 22% cabernet sauvignon, 22% malbec, 16% cabernet franc). This is a medium bodied wine with a bouquet of plums, raspberry and spice, which is reinforced on the palate with sweetness from the oak and some regional savoury characters. The wine has grainy tannins and good palate length and continues to improve with bottle age. 12.5% alc w/v.
